ABOUT
On the final week of March, we were so excited to bring to life an incredible project which brought together some of the biggest change-makers in outdoor sports, all with the ultimate quest to make the mountains more colorful.  With Zeb Powell and Selema Masekela as our hosts, the first Mosaic Sessions Summit took place in Boston, MA and Killington, VT.

 The Mosaic Sessions Summit is a gathering of black and brown people who are outliers in their spaces and drivers of diversifying their playgrounds.  For the summit, Black and Tan Collective was commissioned by Red Bull to encapsulate a vision of the perfect retreat that “felt like home” to a group of people who’ve always had to assimilate into crowds and spaces that don’t resemble their own culture. It was an amazing conversation, opened by Nyla Hassell and led by Dr. Neftalie Williams, which was heartfelt, emotional, joyful, and empowering. 

Along with the Mosaic Sessions Summit itself, we managed all aspects of the project in Killington and Boston:

            •           project creative direction

            •           operations and logistics

            •           venue management and décor

            •           participant communications

            •           air travel, transportation, and accommodations

            •           dining and hospitality

In addition, we also managed all event services for Red Bull Slide-In Tour.  Working with the Regional team was an absolute pleasure.  We can’t wait to do it again!
