We jumped all in for the this project as it’s truly paving the way for diversifying spaces within action sports. Our role this year was to consult and advise on the strategy, development, and execution of the summit. Of course we were all in! 

The Red Bull Panorama Summit is a gathering of athletes, community leaders, and professionals who were brought together to expand on strategies to diversify their playgrounds, with surf being the focus for 2024. These amazing participants worked tirelessly on how to encourage and inspire others to impact communities in the best way possible! 

To kick off the event, the participants took part in a sound bath in the summit lounge, followed by a walk to the beach for a water ceremony. This was an amazing start to the day’s journey, which also provided us the perfect opportunity to flip the lounge to sessions mode as well as stage the participant gifts.

Throughout the summit, these changemakers were able to collaborate, share, and learn from each other while workshopping what the future can look like by collectively diversifying their community. It was truly beautiful to watch this unfold. 

Surrounding the summit’s work were plenty of chances to connect and share joy through curated dinners, breakfast stories from the previous night, and an awesome full-fam day trip down to Red Bull Foam Wreckers! It truly was an amazing weekend and we hope everyone left with their cups full. We certainly did
